Korr ReeVue Medical Grade Metabolic Testing Clinical Grade Wellness
Metabolic testing · Clinical-grade wellness
Stop guessing calories. Measure them.
Your clients are building diets on a formula that's wrong by 200–400 calories a day. The KORR ReeVue replaces the guess with a 10-minute measurement, agrees with the lab reference to within ±3%, and adds a second billable test to every DEXA visit.
Proven to really work

A calorie target your clients can trust.
Every weight-loss client, every athlete, and every GLP-1 patient is eating to a calorie number. Almost all of them got it from Mifflin-St Jeor or an app. Those equations are population averages; for a large share of individuals they miss by more than 10%, which is the difference between "in a deficit" and quietly gaining. The ReeVue measures oxygen consumption directly, prints a real number, and gives you a reason to see that client again in 90 days.
- A new revenue line. Operators typically charge $75–$150 per RMR test, or bundle it with a DEXA scan at a premium.
- Higher DEXA attach rate. "DEXA tells you what you're made of; RMR tells you what it burns." Sell them together and both numbers go up.
- Better outcomes, better retention. Clients on a measured target plateau less and rebook more.
- GLP-1 ready. Rapid weight loss changes metabolic rate fast; a quarterly RMR re-test is the natural follow-up visit.
Accuracy you can put in front of a physician.
The ReeVue was validated against the reference method with a mean difference of just 24.7 kcal/day (−1.45%), a standard deviation of 57.1 kcal/day (2.85% of reading), and an r² of 0.975. In plain terms: on a 1,700-calorie RMR, the ReeVue lands within about 50 calories of the lab, while a formula can be off by 300 or more.
How a test works
- Client rests seated for a few minutes, fasted and caffeine-free.
- Breathes normally through a disposable mouthpiece or mask for 10–15 minutes.
- The ReeVue measures O₂ consumed and calculates RMR in kcal/day.
- Print or export the report with a daily calorie target.

Week 4
RMR offered on every body composition visit. Attach rate climbs as clients hear "DEXA shows what you're made of, RMR shows what it burns."
Week 8
First re-tests booked. Clients on a measured target are plateauing less and rebooking more.
Day 90+
Quarterly DEXA + RMR is a standing appointment. The unit has paid for itself and is now margin.

Questions
Before you order.
How long does a test take?
10–15 minutes of breathing after a short rest. Plan 20–25 minutes per appointment including setup and results review.
What are the ongoing costs?
Disposable mouthpieces or masks per test, and an O₂ sensor replacement roughly every 24 months. That's it; no calibration gas required.
Do I need a dedicated room?
No. The unit is tabletop, under 6 lb, and works anywhere a client can sit quietly. Most operators place it beside the DEXA table.
How should clients prepare?
Fast 4+ hours (overnight is ideal), no caffeine or nicotine that morning, no exercise for 12 hours, and arrive rested.
Can I bundle it with DEXA or a body composition scale?
Yes. Pair the ReeVue with a DEXA+ Body Composition Scale for a complete metabolic assessment, or list your location on DEXASCAN.COM to sell DEXA + RMR bundles online.
Is financing available?
Yes. Request a proposal and we'll include equipment financing options and Section 179 information for your tax advisor.
