PANELS, MASKS & PERSONAL ITEMS fall under the following policy.
Return Policy – 30 Days
At DEXA Plus, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your red light therapy purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team prior to returning the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty – 1 Year Replacement
All DEXA Plus red light therapy devices include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a product is deemed defective within this 1-year period, DEXA Plus will provide a replacement unit at no cost to you. Warranty claims require:

A description and photo or video evidence of the issue.

Return of the defective unit, if requested by our support team.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse, improper installation, or neglect.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

If you wish to return your unit, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be pre-authorized by DEXA Plus.

The unit must be returned in like-new condition, securely packaged in the original shipping materials.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.

Refunds will be issued once the product has been inspected and approved by our team.
Warranty

Your purchase includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering parts only.

The warranty does not include labor, shipping, or technician fees.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.

All service claims must be submitted through DEXA Plus with proof of purchase.
