Thank you for shopping with Red Light by DEXA Plus. We are committed to ensuring that your purchase arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Custom-built or high-demand items (such as red light beds) may require additional lead time. 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via reputable freight carriers for large equipment and UPS/FedEx for smaller accessories.

  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

  • White glove delivery and installation services may be available for an additional fee upon request.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • For large or freight shipments, a separate shipping invoice may be sent prior to delivery confirmation.

  • DEXA Plus is not responsible for additional fees incurred due to missed delivery attempts or address changes after shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery typically occurs within 14-21 business days after shipping, depending on location and carrier schedule.

  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery windows.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • All shipments must be inspected upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

  • Please report any damage to DEXA Plus within 48 hours for claims to be processed.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
